By subscribing to or using BookWithZara's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. "You" refers to the business subscribing to our services. "We" refers to BookWithZara, operated by Jawand Bajwa, sole proprietor, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Booking Page: $29/month · Zara AI: $49/month · Bundle: $69/month. All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). Billed monthly. No setup fees.
New clients receive their first month free. No credit card required to start. If you choose not to continue, notify us before the trial ends and no payment will be charged.
Invoices issued monthly. Payment due within 7 days. Accepted: Interac e-Transfer (Stripe coming soon). If payment is not received within 30 days, your account will be terminated.
You may cancel anytime by emailing jawandbajwa10@gmail.com. 30 days notice required. Services remain active until end of billing period. Data deleted within 30 days of termination.
Zara is an AI — responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for monitoring conversations and correcting errors. We do not guarantee that Zara will correctly book every appointment.
BookWithZara is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
