Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You pay one monthly fee and that's it.

Do you charge per booking or per message?

No. Your monthly fee covers unlimited bookings and unlimited messages. Whether you get 10 bookings or 500, the price stays the same.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept e-Transfer (Interac). Stripe card payments are coming soon. Invoices are sent monthly with a 7-day payment window.

Is there a free trial?

New clients get their first month free. No credit card required to start — we'll set everything up, you try it for 30 days, and only pay if you want to continue.

What happens if I cancel?

Give us 30 days notice via email. Your booking page stays active until the end of your billing period. We can export your data if needed and delete everything within 30 days per our privacy policy.
