BookWithZara is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Jawand Bajwa as a sole proprietorship in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We provide online booking pages and AI receptionist services to salons, barbershops, spas, and other local service businesses.

From salon owners: business name, address, phone, email, owner name, staff names, service offerings, and payment information.
From end customers: full name, email address, phone number, appointment details, and booking history.
From AI conversations: message content, timestamps, language detected, booking outcomes, and contact details shared in conversation.
To provide our services, send transactional communications, provide reports, and improve our service. We do not use personal information for marketing. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
All data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore in the Toronto, Ontario region (northamerica-northeast2). Your data stays in Canada and is never transferred outside the country.
All messages are logged and stored for service functionality. Conversation history is used to provide context in ongoing conversations. No conversation data is used to train third-party AI models. Salon owners can view all conversations in their dashboard.
Active subscriptions: data retained while subscription is active. After cancellation: all data deleted within 30 days. Booking records retained while subscription is active for reporting purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email jawandbajwa10@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
All data transmitted over HTTPS. Firebase Firestore security rules restrict data access. PIN-based authentication with lockout after failed attempts. Rate limiting on all API endpoints.
